If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased (or an exchange) within 15 days (30 days for orders placed in the month of December) of your receipt of your purchase. Repair Policy
Peyster Street Handcrafted Jewelry is guaranteed for quality and craftsmanship. If you receive a damaged product, please let me know within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a free repair. After 7 days, all repairs are subject to the availability of materials (i.e gemstones) and the degree of repair. Please email me regarding the problem (pictures are helpful!) and we'll work together to create a solution. There may be a nominal materials fee for repairs or replacement of chains as well as return postage.

For exchanges where you have ordered an incorrect length/size or item, I may require you to pay for the return shipping costs. Any shipping error on my part I will cover return shipping (USPS First Class Mail, usually) at my cost.
I will credit your account on the card used for purchase once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. I'm sorry, but there is no refund on Shipping/Handling on returned merchandise.
